使用 Climbio(climbio.app,以下稱「本 App」)即表示你同意以下條款。
App 也使用 MobileSAM(Apache-2.0)等開放原始碼元件,各自依其授權條款。

Terms of Service
Effective date: November 1, 2026
By using Climbio (climbio.app, “the App”) you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the App. See the Privacy Policy for how data is handled.
1. The service
The App is free. It lets you photograph a wall, detect holds, set and share boulder routes, and share walls and routes with others by link or QR code so they stay in sync. Features may change, pause or stop at any time, and we don’t guarantee the service will remain available.
2. Open-source components
Hold detection uses holdscan (running on your phone), licensed under the GNU AGPL-3.0. The App also uses open-source components such as MobileSAM (Apache-2.0), each under its own license.
3. Your content
- Photos, holds and routes you take, create and share (“your content”) remain yours or belong to their original rights holders.
- You are responsible for having the right to take and share them — for example, follow your gym’s rules before photographing or sharing its walls, and keep people who don’t want to be in the photo out of it.
- Don’t use the App to share content that is illegal, infringing, harassing, or contains other people’s personal information.
- When you share a link to a wall or route, anyone with the link can see that wall’s photo and routes. You are responsible for getting consent from people and places shown in the photo.
4. Sharing walls and routes
- Shared routes are posted on that photo’s public wall and stored in Firestore, and the wall’s photo and the hold outlines computed by the App are stored in Climbio’s cloud storage (Firebase Storage); anyone with the link, and anyone who has the same photo, can view them. Only the account that shared a route can edit or delete it; after an edit or deletion, others see the updated version when they open that wall. Deleting a route or wall you shared from your device also deletes the public copy on the server. Make sure the content can be public before you share it.
- By sharing a wall or route, you also allow Climbio to keep a copy of the shared content to improve hold detection (see the Privacy Policy).
- Sharing doesn’t require signing in. If you sign in with Google to sync, you are responsible for the security of your Google account, and must follow the Google Terms of Service.
- A share link and its QR code are public: anyone with the link can view the shared route and the wall’s photo, and add their own routes on the same wall. Other people’s routes can only be viewed, hidden, or saved as a new route of one’s own; the original can’t be edited.
- By sharing a wall or route, you allow the people who receive it to use that content in Climbio free of charge, including viewing it, adding their own routes, sharing route pictures, and sharing it again with others in Climbio. This does not cover commercial use outside Climbio.
5. Climbing safety
Climbing is a risky sport. Hold detection, routes and grades in the App are for reference only and don’t mean a route is safe or suitable for you. Use your own judgment, protect yourself, and follow your gym’s safety rules.
6. Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including availability, accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. Your data is stored on your device and can be lost, for example if you clear your browser data or the device fails. Back up anything important (for example, share the wall to another phone).
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the App’s authors and contributors are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from using or being unable to use the App, including data loss and injuries from climbing.
8. Changes
If these terms change, we will update this page and the effective date above. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the new terms.
